While managing The Beverage Base Plant in Atlanta in 1992, I hired

Mr. Joseph Saucedo as our Senior Engineer & Maintenance Manager, who was later promoted to Production Manager.

During this time with the Company, he always demonstrated his desire for improvement and was a champion on the initiative that we had on Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Among others he was responsible for the Installation of a Cone in a Cone system in our Dry Parts area, the new system to more efficiently dissolve Gum Acacia for the liquid parts production (TriClover Continuous Blending System – also winner in the Production Management Development Program), Liquid Filler Upgrades (computer control, new weight scales under each valve and quality statistics reports), etc.

As you can see, Joseph was always looking for opportunities on how to improve the processes in order to reduce time and improve profits

In addition, I have to mention that he always enjoys sharing his knowledge with the production personnel, which makes things even easier during implementation.
